SKK Migas

The Special Task Force for Upstream Oil and Gas Business Activities (SKK Migas) is an institution established by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia based on Presidential Regulation Number 9 of 2013 concerning the Management of Upstream Oil and Gas Business Activities. SKK Migas is assigned to manage upstream oil and gas business activities based on a Cooperation Contract. The establishment of this institution is intended so that the exploitation of oil and gas natural resources owned by the state can provide maximum benefit and revenue for the state for the greatest prosperity of the people.

The 2023 SKK Migas-KKKS Joint Program carries the theme “Comparative Study & Benchmarking: Best Communications Practices to Strengthen Reputation & Effective Communications of SKK Migas – KKKS” to expand cross-industry networks and increase the effectiveness of communication programs in 2024.

VVMCS Academy assists SKK Migas and Harbor Energy asthe hostin organizing this workshop, mainly by formulating knowledge management, and learning concepts, selecting the best professionals in communications as speakers, and creating learning toolkits to achieve the workshop objectives.

This two-day activity presented eight communications leaders from various industries, including the media and research institutions, and three facilitators with interactive discussions and fun learning.
