DATA ANALYST
Data analyst plays a critical role in helping VMCS and its clients make data-driven decisions that improve the effectiveness of their public relations campaigns.
Scope of Work:
- Collecting and organizing data related to the company’s PR campaigns, such as media coverage, website traffic, and social media engagement.
- Analyzing data to identify trends and patterns that can inform future PR strategies and tactics.
- Creating reports and presentations communicating key findings to clients.
- Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of PR campaigns in real time and making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Collaborating with other members of the PR team to develop data-driven PR strategies that align with client goals.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies related to data analysis in PR and making recommendations for new tools or techniques that could improve the company’s data analysis capabilities.
Criteria:
- Strong analytical skills: The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw insights is essential. You should be comfortable working with large datasets, structuring and cleaning data, identifying patterns, and obtaining insights.
- Technical skills: Familiarity with data tools: Proficient in using data tools like Excel, SQL, R, or Python is a plus. Knowledge of statistical analysis, data visualization, and data modelling is also important.
- Communication skills: Communicate your findings effectively to stakeholders, including to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. This includes presenting data clearly and concisely, explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and making recommendations based on your insights.
- Industry knowledge: Familiarity with the PR industry, including media monitoring, crisis management, and reputation management, can be beneficial in understanding the context in which the data is being analyzed.
Qualification:
- Education: S1/S2 in related field like statistics, data science, or business analytics.
- Min. GPA 3.2
- Experience in data analysis of around two years, preferably in a PR consulting firm.
- Attention to detail: You should have a keen eye for detail and be able to identify inconsistencies or errors in data.
- Continuous learning: As a data analyst, you should be committed to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest tools and techniques in data analysis. This includes attending training programs, webinars, and industry events.

ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT
- Support client accounts by conducting research, creating presentations, coordinating events, and helping with media outreach.
- Media Relations: Responsible for building relationships with journalists and pitching story ideas to the media on behalf of clients.
- Writing and editing press releases, media pitches, and other client communication materials.
- Analytics and reporting on the success of PR campaigns using various tools and methods, such as media monitoring and social media analytics.
- Strategy development on PR plans and tactics for clients, including messaging and positioning.
- Internal communication: Responsible for keeping internal teams up-to-date on client projects and progress.
- Continuous learning: Committed to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest tools and techniques in PR knowledge, including attending training programs, webinars, and industry events.

Criteria:
- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field. Min. GPA 3.2
