VMCS Academy provided a Professional Development session for fitness centre and gym, House of Metamorfit (HOM) to share knowledge on Digital Marketing and Customer Service Excellence.
The event was attended by digital marketing teams and leaders from HOM with the aim of developing digital marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and create a satisfying experience for every HOM customers.

Elvera N. Makki, Founder & CEO, Communications & Social Impact Advisory, presented several sessions, Digital Marketing at HOM BSD, South Tangerang (29/02) and Customer Service Excellence at HOM Cinere, Depok (09/03).
The session was energised with a fun calorie-burning atmosphere, and enthusiastic, proactive participants.
