VMCS was entrusted by Siloam Hospitals to conduct a series of communication training specially designed for healthcare professionals. In this program, participants are equipped with the skills to communicate effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds, from conveying medical information with empathy to managing conversations in sensitive situations.

In addition, VMCS also prepares healthcare professionals to handle interviews, respond to journalists’ questions, and deliver institutional messages clearly and responsibly.

The overall aim of this training is to build trust with patients and enhance communication skills with the media, enabling each participant to become a strong communication bridge between the hospital, patients, and the public.
