PT Federal International Finance (“FIFGROUP”) is a finance company as part of Astra and is supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). Having more than 200 branches in various regions of Indonesia, expertise and insight are needed to mitigate issues and crises that have the potential to arise in different cities.

VMCS provides training and workshops on a national scale to increase knowledge and capabilities in mitigation, as well as handling issues and crises, so that all problems can be properly anticipated and not escalated to the media, including social media.
